It has been my honor and privilege to take leave of my current duties to undertake an intensive investigation into the activities and factors surrounding the current state of the nation. It is not the purpose of this investigation and disclosure to be all encompassing or exhaustive, but to focus on the most significant issues effecting society today. Insight (the capacity to discern the true nature of a situation) was employed throughout this investigation, and confirmed by logical analysis of the facts available.

Approaching resolve requires flexibility, and an understanding of the role emotions play. Anger, triggered by a perceived imbalance in compromise with little or no flexibility, is a common emotion observed to be the pivotal point in escalation. This pivotal point is the focus and key to recognizing issues capable of resolving a conflict. When this key is lost in conversation the emotions build, and listening skills are abandoned in the formulation of response. The overlap of arguments presented increases with volume, and emotional levels. In anger, emotional flooding to the loss of mental focus and logic, frequently results in violence and/or, as a vindictive grudge or vandalism.

In addressing public concerns about health and safety, an investigation of the issues surrounding Fluoride and War were conducted, and expanded to fully explore their necessity. In the interest of accuracy in analyzing health and safety, views from both sides of the controversy were examined for leads, in locating source research documents as a starting point. Scientific and epidemiological studies were taken into consideration with the greatest weight given to the most statistically significant evidence, and consistency of results. Additionally all factual associations were considered in broad perspective analysis. The importance of discussing the the fluoride issue first will be understood, after discussing war.

Fluoride and dental carries.
It is scientifically sound that inconsistent study results, indicate unexplained factors.The inconsistencies between early studies, dental caries decline, and the most statistically significant case of Japan's dental caries rates and fluoridation history, were attributed to the missing factors of the education of dental care associated with the fluoride campaign in current studies, and the psychological effects of having mottled teeth in early studies. In consideration of fluorides remineralisation process, the significant increase in dental caries in Japan during fluoridation, can be directly associated to low mineral content in Japan's soft water. A study of dental carries rates in Japan attributed the cause of this trend to be calorie intake, with no mention of fluoridation periods or mineral content in their water. The method for calculating calorie consumption was presumably average weight gain, a known effect of fluoride intake. It was also noted, in another study, that fluoride levels in water below that considered to be optimal, contributed to increased dental caries, this may also be related to low mineral content of the water. Additionally, more recent studies conducted mainly on young children, up to age 15, do not correctly address the negative effects of the loss of structural integrity, which can be more prominently seen in older people, as noted by the Surgeon General in 2000. It can be concluded that the weight of evidence does not support systemic fluoride as a safe or effective measure to prevent dental caries.

Fluorides Indirect Health Hazards
The behavioral interaction between fluoride, iodine, and chlorine in the population of the thyroid glands, and the overwhelming number of health issues connected to thyroid dysfunction requires preference be given to correct and accurate balance for thyroid function. Fluoride, being the most negatively charged ion, results in thyroid population dominance, and subsequent Iodine and Chlorine deficiencies. Stemming from these deficiencies, is a vast array of medical problems related to thyroid dysfunction. Inconsistencies in thyroid research can be explained by exploring the symptoms of essential nutrient deficiencies, with an understanding of related counterparts to fluoride, iodine and chlorine. Thyroid dysfunction is linked to reduced IQ levels, ADD, Alzheimer's, obesity, fatigue, arthritis, asthma, bone and heart diseases, and more, spanning the scope of health issues. Research on the effects of fluoride parallel these links, and the direct association is made in the use of fluoride to suppress thyroid function. The extensive amount of research done on fluoride, and the lack of research on Iodine and chlorine, combined with the current severity of imbalance is a clear indication of a detrimental gap in scientific information. The significance of fluoride's dominance over Iodine will be crucial in a full understanding of the true basis for fluoride promotion.

Fluorides Direct Heath Hazards
The most significant direct side effects of fluoride intake (Dental Fluorosis, and Skeletal Fluorosis) will be addressed.
Dental Fluorosis, or mottled enamel, is caused in children by systemic fluoride intake during tooth development. Dental Fluorosis is permanent and ranges in severity, from minor discoloration, to reduced structural integrity and total tooth loss. Skeletal Fluorosis is a serious condition in all levels of severity, with symptoms of brittle bones and the calcification of ligaments in mild form to the fusing of bone (Crippling Skeletal Fluorosis) in more severe form. Where Skeletal Fluorosis presents the greatest dangers is in it's similarities and misdiagnosis as osteoporosis. The statistically significant difference in Japan's (unfluoridated) 2% and USA's (fluoridated) 20% fatality rate of hip fracture within the first year, can be attributed to fluoride consumption and misdiagnosis, due to information gaps. The common use of fluoride treatment for osteoporosis patients and hip fractures causes death due to over exposure of fluoride in skeletal fluorosis patients due to preexisting fluoride toxicity. Incidentally Japan fluoridated 1952-1972, then after a nuclear accident, they began fluoridating again in 2000, hip fractures are on the rise.

Fluoride Promotion
There is no coincidence between the gaps in science and the controversies surrounding them. As with every system, Democracy has its vulnerability. In Edward Bernays' book, entitled "Propaganda", this vulnerability is explained, and a plan for exploiting it was developed and refined as "Public Relations". There is no denying the insidious use of textbook propaganda in the promotion of fluoride, when investigating all of its ties. Significant evidence of "cherry picking" can be seen in pesticide petitions on the federal registry. In the fluoride controversy, the perceived imbalance of compromise is seen between the promotional stone wall, presented with little to no scientific basis for dental carries, and the negative effects canvasing society linked to fluoride by the overwhelming amount of evidence. When viewed for its true purpose in the prevention of radioactive iodine uptake, perceptions of balance level out considerably, and seemingly unjustified promotion is better understood. The use of deceptive public relations regarding fluoride can be seen everywhere fluoride is promoted, approved or defended. The 60 year proliferation of discrepancies in science and research, perpetrated in fluoride's defense, has compounded the dangers of undisclosed levels of fluoride with undisclosed radiation. The reported deaths of scientists and doctors involved in fluoride research and disclosure, indicates that toxicity is not the only source of fluoride related health hazards. The ability to rightfully advance sciences and the quality of health in the world, has been retarded by fluorides promotion. By Websters definition of "Scandal", the "Fluoride Controversy" can be officially upgraded to "The Fluoride Scandal".

Iraq and Depleted Uranium
Additional Fluoride provided by DOW via pesticides in food (2002 petition). No WMD were found or confirmed, before or after the war. The use of Depleted Uranium (DU) weapons, sited as safe based off target accuracy, have produced a multitude of health issues among the Iraqi people. Implications of radiation in America and throughout Europe carries substantial weight in regards to the quality of judgment in the continued use of DU. An unacceptable spike in the number and severity of birth defects, and undocumented number of indirect deaths after Desert Storm, was a foundation for the chaos that built up to Operation Iraqi Freedom. In awe of the destruction, and the shock that followed the attacks of 9-11, a foundation of support for preemptive strikes was formed with no understanding of why America was under attack. The field of Psychology accurately explains why terrorist actions are a direct result of terrorist actions, and how withdrawing from such activities eliminates the majority of the threat. Identifying world wide deaths related to the use of DU, within recent history, and the growing numbers, surpasses the sum of casualties in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In the publicly disclosed plan, for operation "Iraqi Freedom", the primary support for the war was the liberation of the Iraqi people, and the security of our nation. This operation was successful in destroying the government structure, military forces and the majority of major cities populated with people already dieing (DU 1991). The plan also called for precision bombing to minimize civilian casualties, although the accuracy of the bombing campaign was proven, accuracy does not control the spread of radiation (DU 2003) . Civilian casualties have been extreme due to radiation exposure, loss of resources, poor living condition and famine. The failure to withdraw from Iraq as planned, has compounded losses, and incited retaliation, against US forces, contributing to the majority of US losses. In the aftermath of this war, and the growing conflict and occupation by a world super power, with no end in site, it is understandable that "terrorist like behavior", can be expected to result from these conditions. Furthermore, the growing concerns of the American public bring in to question the legalities and justification for the war, uncovering multiple documents implicating Presidential involvement in fraudulent claims, and misrepresented intelligence reports.

Iran and Nuclear War

As this war is still in the planning stages, opportunities for resolve still exist though peaceful means,. To accomplish resolve the source of imbalance must be identified and weighed fairly. The American Presidents portrayal of Iran as a nuclear threat focuses on the development of the Uranium enrichment processes, and the suspicion that this development indicates intent to develop nuclear weapons. Further suspicions may stem from the Presidents acknowledgment of the threat America poses to Iran. Additional tension is perceived by Iran's commitment to, and insistence of, it's right to develop peaceful nuclear technology, and firm stand that they will not be suppressed. The Nuclear threat America poses to Iran, is a justified perception, considering the American Presidents previous actions in Iraq, and declared intent to attack Iran. In contrast to the suspicions about Iran, The President of Iran knows that, not only does America have Nuclear weapons, but intent and plans for there use and further development exists. Furthermore the development of a war plan for the invasion of Iran has been made, and Bush has declared Iran to be his legacy, contending that he must do what no other will have the courage to do. It is very clear where the imbalance, and threat to National Security comes from, our President and military stand is unbalanced and lacking foundation. It is uncommonly foul in nature to destroy a country's landmark in technology, and to spite their leader for having the perceived right to pursue such technology. It is this nature that presents a threat to the security of a nation and to the world. It is recommended to believe that if Iran is building a nuclear weapon, it is in their defense, of the threat America poses. Thank Iran for not having a pre-emptive strike policy.

Justification for Full Public Disclosure
It is not in the interest of National Security to permit inhumane war, by means of public deception. This deception has created a threat to National Security, in the way America is seen as a dangerous nuclear super power, with no integrity or law. Regarding fluoride intake, the public perception of "being poisoned and lied to" is more psychologically damaging than "we have radiation". The avoidance of public awareness of radiation exposure, by use of fluorides promotion for dental health, does not represent American consent of war through democracy. It is of no benefit to sacrifice Public Health by means of fluoride and radiation for the purpose of war, when logical alternatives are available. Without public intervention, war with Iran is inevitable, as planned, and prepared for, by our President. The threat of Nuclear War, far outweighs the threat of Terrorism. Action must be taken toward a major change in integrity, in order to secure the American peoples safety. This needs to be the focus of the nation, without distraction, for the length of time necessary to re-achieve our freedom. Recommended method for public disclosure: Celebration of the victory of the people to reclaim their governments integrity, proving to the world that power of democracy in the information era, out weighs it's weakness of control by information.

Looking Foreword
The first priority is always to maintain an organized and functional government. An organized plan of action, for rectifying this situation, while keeping order, is needed to move swiftly and prevent further damage. It would be in the best interest of our nation for the president to fore go the impeachment process and would weigh heavily on him as a servant of the people to do so. The road ahead of America is rough in any direction, however at a turning point, it is human nature to make the right decisions when presented with all the facts, awareness of the choice is all you need. Freedoms have been obtained through wars, fought for noble reasons, by heroes made of common men. Freedoms have also been lost, and wars waged for less than noble reasons, destroying heroes and common men alike. The basis for war may be debated, and the psychology of war discussed, but in the psychology of resolve, war defies all logic. It is our obligation in this moment, to ask what we, the American people, can do for the people of Iraq, in addition to offering our deepest condolences to the common people of Iraq for their personal losses. Offering the immediate withdrawal of military occupation would show the greatest sincerity, and leaving behind all supplies beneficial to the their daily needs would allow us to offer aid, without reentering their country to do so.
The field of science has produced an overwhelming amount of quality research on virtually every concern the public has, and certain officials have put up an incredible effort to discredit them for the causes of war and business. In the suppressed flow of information, it is likely that many promoters of fluoride and the war were not aware of the truth or the big picture. Due process is going to require intensive litigation and certain individuals under fire are as well educated as any lawyer or prosecutor in the creative use of language. As my thanks to all the scientists for looking out for our safety, and for providing an overwhelming amount of evidence, I'll point you to "public relations", "spin", "cherry picking", and "demonizing the enemy" as the key works of Edward Bernays, related to how solid scientific finding are made to seem unimportant, and how persistence in excellence can lead to loss of credibility. View Bernays' techniques for discrediting currently practiced at www.quackwatch.com, its a little sloppy, which makes for a good place to learn to spot it, also review the work of his victims, as most of them will have valuable information and quality research. The internet has been a landmark in freedom, started by government and universities to share information, still being shared today. A wealth of knowledge and education, entertainment, and an abundance of friendly people from around the world awaits. The information that unfolded from this investigation was enormous, this report contains only a fraction of that, however the issues of fluoride and its role in war, are by far the most significant causes of suffering and conflict, and demand immediate attention. It is not within the right of the government to perpetrate such lies. It is, however, the obligation of our government, with said knowledge, to act, as servants of the people, in addressing this situation without delay.

Final Words.
The goals of America have always remained, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. As a result of this investigation, my eyes have been opened to the answers of the unexplained problems I have watched evolve in society throughout my life. It is with this knowledge that optimism is derived from the fact that identifying the problems enables the solution. It is my full intention to extirpate the insidious effects that the works of Edward Bernays have had on our society. This one life we are granted is our only opportunity to ensure our children's future. We have children to raise, families to feed, jobs to do, and life must go on, however, the quality of our children's lives will depend on how the choices we are presented with today are handled. As parents, it is our privilege and obligation to play certain roles, Santa Clause, The Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Dr. Mom and Mr. Fix-It, and at times the need arises to be Superman. For my children, with pen in hand, and truth on my side, I will fight for a new beginning, or until the bitter end.

There's a difference between house and health insurance. If you have a house and you wish to insure it in case of accident- that's great, I'm all for it. Because if you don't have insurance, nobody's going to repair your house, right?

Is this a good idea to have this same equation regarding the health our our citizens? If you don't have (can't afford) insurance, then oh well, but we're not going to help you? Is that the greatest nation on earth? Is it Christian?

Harry Belafonte said, "To have medicine that can heal the sick, and comfort the dying, and to abstain from giving it, is an act of terror." Halleluyah!

A broken arm (cast + minor "surgery") can cost $50,000 ... is that right? If someone falls and breaks their arm, they may have to sell their house? What kind of freedom is that?

The costs of health care are skyrocketing, yet no politicans ask why, they just talk about getting more people on insurance. The costs are skyrocketing because of insurance. The insurance companies pretend that they're raising rates to cover their costs... when actually that's a lie. This scumbag CEO "earned" $125 Million. Wouldn't it be cool if he had a sudden awakening that his greed is disgusting... and he probably calls himself a Christian. If we paid the doctor directly, and eliminated these Insurance CEO leeches, the cost of health care would drop dramatically.

How many times have you heard, "can't do that- insurance." The insurance system has actually made America less free. People are not free to do as they wish, because if someone gets hurt, it could cost a fortune.

Here's a little idea that I'd love to see come to fruition in subdivions across the country. Developers could choose a lot on the subdivision to be the community lot, with garden space and a little park for the kids. Right now no developers will do this because of insurance. Instead every family builds their own swingset and sandbox...

The point is, how many other circumstances like this are there, where a good idea that will benefit all is over-ruled by insurance.

I say it's time to end health insurance altogether. I say it's time that every person in America gets the care they need- period. Not only those with the money- everyone. I believe that's what Jesus would do- heal the sick, not turn them away for lack of funds.

I'm sure there are hundreds of Candidates already running for Congress. But who is for real, and who is a puppet?

At this point, calling for impeachment is easy, where do they stand on the issues like the war on terror, and universal health care, 9/11, etc?
