Malaria Drug causes psychotic episodes

Filed under: Vaccines — ben @ 11:54 am

I put this in vaccines even though it’s a pill not a shot.

Four soldiers kill their wives in a two month span.

The [medical] team also said the anti-malaria drug Lariam, given to troops sent overseas, was unlikely to have been at fault. Side effects of the drug, also known as mefloquine, have been known to include psychotic episodes.

Two then committed suicide, the others were charged with murder. Oops, make that three, the third soldier was found dead in his cell - he was planning on using Lariam as his defense.

60 Minutes II Correspondent Vicki Mabrey reported in January that Wright was considering using Larium as part of his defense. Lown, now an ordained minister who visited Wright in jail every week, said Wright was “very confused, he was very paranoid, and I was like ‘Wow this is not the Bill that I knew’…About the fifth week after that, he was coherent. He was fine. He even said, ‘Well, I’m thinking a lot better now.’”

What does Lown think caused his change? “I think it was the medication. It took about two months for the stuff to clear out of your system.”

Lown and his unit had names for the days they took Lariam: “Everybody would call it Manic Mondays or Wild Wednesdays.”

Manic Mondays??? Psychotic episodes??? We’re giving our troops drugs that cause dangerous side effects? Then charge them with murder?

Are they still giving troops Lariam? Yes.

Do they tell High School Recruits about the psychotic episodes and murder/suicides? No.

Do people that order such practices really support the troops?

The top two Republicans in Congress caught in an outright lie.

Filed under: US Govt, headline news, Vaccines, Republicans, Impeach — ben @ 7:49 pm

A Republican staffer has named Frist and Hastert as the two lawmakers that added the vaccine makers liability protection to the defense bill- after the committee had met several times that day, and Dems even asked Alaska Senator Ted Stevens if the language was in the bill, and he told them no.

After the conference committee broke up, a meeting was called in Hastert’s office, [Rep staffer Keith] Kennedy said. Also at the meeting, according to a congressional staffer, were Frist, Stevens and House Majority Whip Roy Blunt, R-Mo.

About 10 or 10:30 p.m., Democratic staff members were handed the language and told it was now in the bill, Obey said.

He took to the House floor in a rage. He called Frist and Hastert “a couple of musclemen in Congress who think they have a right to tell everybody else that they have to do their bidding.”

Frist and Stevens deny this charge saying the language was in the bill when the conferees voted on it- but if that’s so, why did Stevens tell Obey no? It appears there are several witnesses to the Leaders meeting… this is the top two Republicans in Congress caught in an outright lie, blatantly adding in crap that wouldn’t pass on it’s own.

Frist has received $271,523 in campaign donations from the pharmaceutical and health products industry since 1989, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, a watchdog group.

Remember how Frist slipped this exact same lawsuit protection into the Patriot Act. At that time it was a big scandal, he didn’t even change the font- but literally copied and pasted this tiny item at the end of 450 pages of legal mumbo-jumbo. Now they have the gall to do it again… because they know the Democrats won’t do anything about it. A few will make noise, but that’s about it…

Why are the pharmaceuticals so concerned about this lawsuit protection anyway?

When the hell will people wake up to this dog and pony show of Reps and Dems screwing us all over?

Someone REALLY wants Troops injected with Anthrax Vaccine

Filed under: misc, Iraq, US Govt, headline news, PNAC, Vaccines — ben @ 12:30 pm

A Brief Timeline of the Anthrax Vaccine

1998-2003: Military Enforces Mandatory Anthrax vaccinations

Dec 23, 2003: Judge Halts Mandatory Vaccinations- Troops shouldn’t be “Guinea Pigs” with an experimental (not approved by the FDA) vaccine

Dec 26, 2003: Defense Department Seeks Court Approval To Continue Illegal Vaccination Program

Dec 30, 2003: FDA Approves Anthrax Vaccine

[Historical context: When Rumsfeld was CEO of Searle (subsidiary of Monsanto) he “persuaded” the FDA to approve Aspartame (Nutrasweet) over the objections of FDA scientists.]

Jan 8, 2004: Pentagon Can Resume Mandatory Anthrax Shots

Oct 27, 2004
: [Same] Judge says FDA approved vaccine illegally - stops mandatory vaccinations again

Dec 10 2004: Wolfowitz writes to HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson “seeking emergency authority to resume administering the anthrax vaccine”

Dec 23, 2004
: Despite judge’s ruling, Pentagon seeks to restart controversial program

The Department of Defense is discussing with other agencies how it might reopen and again make mandatory a controversial anthrax vaccination program despite a second federal court order enjoining DOD from forcing troops to take the shots…

The DOD and vaccine manufacturer Bioport, of Lansing, Mich., assert the vaccine is safe. They point to 18 studies, including one.. saying the vaccine is no more dangerous than any other vaccine.

[Now go get your flu shots- or else ; -]

May 25, 2005: DoD appeals judge’s ban on mandatory anthrax shots

Dec 02, 2005: Still Trying- US asks court to reinstate mandatory vaccinations

Dec 04, 2005: REVEALED- 20,000 Troops Hospitalized after receiving Anthrax Vaccine

It is clear that some very powerful people, including Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz, (both PNACers) really want troops to get this potentially lethal vaccination. And why are they so damned pushy about it?

20,000 Troops Hospitalized after given Anthrax Vaccine

Filed under: Iraq, US Govt, headline news, Peace MP3s, Vaccines — ben @ 2:16 pm

This is criminal.

The Pentagon never told Congress about more than 20,000 hospitalizations involving troops who’d taken the anthrax vaccine, despite repeated promises that such cases would be publicly disclosed.

Instead, a parade of generals and Defense Department officials told Congress and the public that fewer than 100 people were hospitalized or became seriously ill after receiving the shot from 1998 through 2000.

anthrax victimWhy didn’t they report these 20,000 cases?

They said that if all hospitalizations had been filed with VAERS, it would have overloaded the system and caused problems for experts trying to analyze the data.

And how many troops have since received these shots, young Americans that might have declined this toxic vaccination had they known…. Wake Up America- They’re f*@%ing over our own troops! As PO’ed Vietnam Vet Stan Goff said, “They did it on Purpose!” (mp3)

Interesting Facts about Bird Flu Vaccine Tamiflu

Filed under: misc, US Govt, headline news, bird flu, Vaccines — ben @ 9:07 pm

1. Rumsfeld was the CEO of Gilead from 1997-2001, he went straight from CEO to Defense Secretary. Gilead owns the rights to Tamiflu (the would be bird-flu vaccine), which they leased to Roche to manufacture. Gilead receives 10% from Roche, Rumsfeld’s shares currently equal to $5-25 million.

2. Gilead Stock has increased at least 500% since 2001.

3. Tamiflu has been linked to twelve deaths:

including heart attack, suicide, pneumonia and acute pancreatitis. Four had suffered a “sudden death”, which was “an unusual phenomenon in otherwise healthy children”. All had taken Tamiflu.

4. Two of the suicides in Japan were from hallucinogenic side effects.

with one jumping in front of an oncoming truck last year and the other falling from the ninth floor of a building earlier this year…

The drug in Japan carries a note listing impaired consciousness, abnormal behaviors, hallucination and other psychological and neurological symptoms as possible serious side effects.

5. The Senate is considering (S. 1873) which could mandate forced vaccinations as well as liability protection from vaccine makers.

Thimerosal Sucks! Autism in Children has skyrocketed since ‘91

Filed under: misc, US Govt, headline news, Vaccines — ben @ 10:31 pm

from an RFK Jr article:

Since 1991, when the CDC and the FDA had recommended that three additional vaccines laced with the preservative be given to extremely young infants — in one case, within hours of birth — the estimated number of cases of autism had increased fifteenfold, from one in every 2,500 children to one in 166 children.

Don’t Doctors take some sort of oath to help people? How can they, in good conscience, continue to give these vaccines to children? Probably because they don’t know, or don’t want to know. They’ll just pull up some industry funded study that says the opposite and claim this study is ‘junk science’…. at least they feel better about themselves.

… Working in schools, I’ve seen fully autistic kids, and some ‘at risk’ kids that could have been partially affected by these vaccines, but not enough to be diagnosed as autistic. That’s a lot of messed up kids… I’m sure there would be a massive class-action lawsuit against the pharmaceuticals, if it weren’t for the liability protection the Senate is about to pass so nobody can sue the vaccine makers. So who do our ‘Representatives’ work for, the drug companies or We the People?

Bush’s Bird Flu Plan: Forced Vaccinations, Military Quarantines

Filed under: US Govt, headline news, bird flu, Vaccines — ben @ 8:38 am

The Niagra Fall Reporter on Senate bill (S. 1873) :

In essence, however, it would force Americans to receive inoculations against a disease that has yet to kill one of them, while removing their constitutional right to seek redress in our courts in case of injury or death from the shots because of company negligence. The proposal, now moving its way through the Senate, would also ban citizens from using the Freedom of Information Act and other popular informational laws to discover whether the new vaccine (when it is finally produced) was effective and safe, and even whether anyone had suffered adverse reactions to it.

Forced innoculations (that’s Bush-style ‘freedom’ for you) and you can’t sue the drug company if the vaccine kills your spouse… but that’s ok- because according to ABC News, this could be almost as devastating as Nuclear War:

Parts of major cities would become ghost towns, travel restrictions would go into effect and hospitals would be overwhelmed.

“We get into a realm here of some very ugly scenes,” says Dr. Irwin Redlener of the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. “There is most definitely the need to quarantine cities and quarantine people.”

The draft of Bush’s report predicts as many as 200 million Americans would be infected and 200,000 Americans would die.

Most cities would be expected to use large stadiums as make-shift hospitals, much as hurricane victims were given shelter in New Orleans and Houston.

And of course the quarantines could look like the movie Outbreak, where citizens try to flee but the military won’t let them out.

From an AP Story posted at PrisonPlanet.com :

President Bush, stirring debate on the worrisome possibility of a bird flu pandemic, suggested dispatching American troops to enforce quarantines in any areas with outbreaks of the killer virus.

America Terrorized: Bird Flu is coming, expect quarantines

Filed under: misc, US Govt, headline news, bird flu, Vaccines — ben @ 12:56 am

Remember last month when Bush said we might need to impose martial law with the military enforcing quarantines… Tuesday he’s going to give a big speech outlining the details, here’s ABC News with the latest terror report- be very afraid:

The Bush administration’s long-awaited plan on how to fight the next super-flu will likely include beefed-up attempts to spot human infections early, both here and abroad.

Expect recommendations on how to isolate the sick.

ie- Quarantine with military, claim all dissenters are sick with bird flu, then accuse them of threatening lives if they don’t take the gov’t sponsored ‘vaccination’ - even though nobody knows what’s in these vaccinations, just last week 1000 Exxon employees were accidentally vaccinated with a ‘fake flu vaccine‘.

Governors and mayors are on notice to figure out who will actually inject stockpiled vaccines into the arms of panicked people.

People fearing the bird flu or the goon squad with ‘vaccines’?

How to provide food supplies, everyday medical care for people who don’t have the super-flu, basic utilities and even security must be part of the plan, Osterholm and others have counseled the Bush administration.

“In this day and age of a global economy, with just-in-time delivery and no surge capacity and international supply chains those things are very difficult to do for a week, let alone for 12 to 18 months of what will be a very tough time.”

While it is impossible to say when the next super-flu will strike, there have been three pandemics in the last century and influenza experts say the world is overdue.

Bird flu used as an excuse to scrap Posse Comitatus and impose martial law? Cui bono? Who benefits?

Filed under: misc, US Govt, headline news, bird flu, Vaccines — Lula @ 12:09 am

Cui Bono is the question we should all be asking. If Bush were interested in protecting the American people, he would be looking into who spread Tularemia in DC during the protest. Isn’t that why the Homeland Security department was created? Isn’t that why they were checking the air filters in the first place? They found a biological weapon, but are doing nothing about it? Instead he’s looking into a way to impose martial law. It sure does seem like he wants an outbreak, perhaps tried to create one with Tularemia? It is hard not to be suspicious.

“This would be a heck of alot easier if this were a dictatorship, so long as I am the dictator” George W Bush

Tularemia (Rabbit fever) bacteria detected on Washington Mall during recent anti-war protest

George W. Bush responded to a question about the danger of a bird flu pandemic by stating he wants the authority to use the military to enforce mandatory quarantine zones in areas infected by the virus. Bush wants Congress to overturn the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, originally enacted to limit the military’s role in domestic law enforcement in the post-Civil War South.

White House answer to bird flu outbreak: send in the military and declare martial law. Welcome to the Fourth Reich.

Essentially, instead of addressing the need to stockpile vaccines like Tamiflu and coordinate the activities of the Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, and the U.S. Public Health Service, Bush wants to declare martial law and suspend the Constitution in the event of a bird flu outbreak.

Bush’s amazing grasp of the subject of the potential pandemic: “The reporting needs to be not only on the birds that have fallen ill, but also on tracing the capacity of the virus to go from bird to person, to person. That’s when it gets dangerous, when it goes bird-person-person.”

An anthrax attack on Congress during Patriot Act passage, tularemia found during anti-war demonstrations, bird flu being used as an excuse to scrap Posse Comitatus and impose martial law? Cui bono? Who benefits?
