Nobody would support this.
While $40 Billion was cut from Student Loans and Medicare, with virtually all of Congress’ cuts are made to programs for the poor and the young.
That was to save money, but then they gave the rich a $70 Billion tax cut.
Are wealthy Republicans really that greedy that they’d prefer their dividend tax cuts over childcare and medicaid for the elderly? I think most are not that greedy, but then again…
This last one… it’s like 9/11, a tragedy so unfathomable, people refuse to accept it. Bush was on vacation, he received major disaster estimates, including the breaching of levees, and he did NOTHING!
Can you call a person that supports the above policies Kind-hearted? I think not. Therefore, all kind-hearted Americans do not support Bush’s Policies. But they may still support Bush, merely because they’ve been lied to, and refuse to accept that his policies are indeed this disgusting. He tells them he’s a great guy, even while he stabs their grandchildren in the back ($8 TRILLION Debt). Please wake up fellow Americans, your ego is not that important.
Perhaps one way ask a friendly Republican is, “Hey, did you hear Hilary Clinton just voted to give the wealthy $70 Billion tax cuts, after just after the Senate cut $40 Billion in aid to the poor? Is that what Jesus would do?”
For all you supporters of Democrats in Congress- 15 Dems voted for this tax cut for the rich. If they had voted No, this disgusting tax cut would have failed.
It’s not just Bush and the Republicans- the entire gov’t is corrupt. It it time for all Americans to unite, not Dems vs Repubs, but US vs Them.
