Congress Rushed Back to DC for Terri Schiavo

Filed under: US Govt, headline news, Republicans, Democrats, Impeach, Spying — ben @ 3:11 pm

But in the case of President admitting to an impeachable offense, spying on his own citizens like any tinpot dictator would…. and our CongressCritters are going to continue their vacation? Think about it.

This Congress is proving their utter complicity… it’s almost like the good Dems are standing down, it’d be easier for some Americans to digest- that the entire Congress is corrupt- not just the Repubs. So instead of a Repub vs Dem fight amongst the citizens, it becomes an us vs them thing.

We the People must remove this corrupt government. Waiting til 2006 elections is not a good option. But at $6 Billion a month Halliburton and friends have probably hired “PR firms” to push the idea- impeach after the election. Stall all the way, then steal it again….

Innocent people are dying everyday while BushCo cronies gorge at the trough.

Via Puppet Bush, the neocons are trying to assert dictatorial powers, spying on citizens to create “the list” of dissenters to be silenced.

They must stopped as soon as possible- not “wait til the next election”.

(hat tip to a DUer for the great analogy)
(PS- I’m not on DemUnderground- kicked off during the ‘04 primaries for saying Kerry was a setup- good people post at DU, but i think it’s run by Cointelpro)

Bush’s claim is that we should trust him because he’s got to protect us. After he read The Pet Goat on 911 morning? Who the f*$k would trust this SOB? I think it far more likely that he’s spying on us to protect himself, not Americans. Did you see how much he cared about the people of New Orleans….? And just like 9/11, he was on vacation the entire month before it hit- funny coincidence, eh.

I wish to stress The Urgency of the situation:

1. Hitler used the Reichstag fire to pass the Enabling Act and grab power.
2. Hitler used the claim of protecting his nation to launch a pre-emptive attack on Poland.
3. Under the guise of protection, Hitler rounded up dissenters.

Bush used 9/11 to pass the “Patriot” Act, then the pre-emptive attack on Iraq… he’s already done two- perhaps number three is not far behind? You know he’s got Nazi connections right?

The new “Patriot” Act is just what Bush needs, his own Gestapo. A federal police force that travels the country…. You think I’m nuts? Watch the videos of the goons at the Miami FTAA protests- special thugs that follow orders like trained dogs.

Helllllloooo People! Time to start the Revolution! If we don’t do it now, they’re going to round people up and put them in concentration camps. And just like in Germany, most Americans just don’t want to believe it, and they don’t see any camps in their neighborhood, so lets just pretend they are icky rumors, like that 9/11 truth movement and the lone gunemen wackos.

Note to Howard Zinn, Cindy Sheehan and other Patriots:
So you’re not a billionaire, but you’ve got some cash- why not go down to Lafayette Park with a few big tents and a bunch of friends, esp some with cameras, laptops, etc… Make a statement that we are here to protest grievances against this government- God given rights enshrined in the 1st Amendment, rights that no tinpot dictator and lapdog congress can take away.

Go and dare them to arrest you- have bloggers & v(ideo)loggers cover the event so the whole world will see it real-time. The time is ripe- people will join you and the numbers will swell. But don’t lay down and obstruct the sidewalk, that gives them a reason to arrest you. Instead, just set up your tents and say we’re not leaving until this corrupt President and Congress are removed from office. Millions would join you if they could afford it.

If they try to arrest you and you’re not doing anything wrong… what are they going to say- you’re terrorists? They have nothing on you, and you can ask the cops if they took an oath to defend the Constitution…. get it all on video and to the net asap.

ps- While you’re camping, don’t forget to play “out the agents” quite often (- ;
