This is a good idea from Kucinich:

Kucinich is working on a resolution to be introduced on the floor of Congress “soon” that would make it the sense of Congress that the United States would support an Iraqi referendum on the future of the U.S. occupation of the country.

But the election is This Thursday, Dec 15th- I sure hope he introduces this Monday, so Iraq has time to include it on their ballot (:

Every single member of Congress should be confronted with this, face to face- what will their excuse be for voting no… “Iraqi citizens don’t know what’s good for them” ?
