Rumsfeld: “Iraq is improving” - just another lie.
At a press briefing responding to Murtha’s call for an immediate withdrawl, Rumsfeld said Iraq had made enormous progress, “The situation in Iraqi has been improving.”
By what measure? What actual proof does Rummy have that the situation is improving?
Generals testified last month, that after 2 and a half years only 750 out of 200,000 Iraqi Soldiers are capable of operating independently.

There is no evidence that Iraq is improving- none. Rumsfeld is lying. They Lied to start the war- they’re still lying today to keep the gravy train rolling and keep themselves out of prison.
