Bush says he may need more power in disasters
He wants Congress to look into whether presidential authority should be expanded in times of catastrophes like Katrina.

Bush wants the power to order the military to arrest people in the US. Currently, the military is barred by the Posse Comitatus Act from arresting people in the US.
Protests can be declared “emergencies” for soldiers to arrest protestors.
Taken in the context of 100,000 dead in Iraq on a war of choice, could those same twisted decision makers allow thousands to suffer and die as an excuse to gain more power? And knowing the Republican Rubber Stamp Congress, you know this is going to happen. In effect we’re looking at the beginning of The Clampdown. In a few weeks? months? Soldiers on US Soil arresting citizens and locking them away indefinitely. Holy shit!
I suggest town hall meetings everywhere, demand airtime on your local ‘public’ radio station- create a Bill of Rights safety zone in your community- get your local cops (who are hopefully good people) on your side.
We don’t need soliders arresting American citizens- ever!
We don’t need to lock away American citizens without a trial.
People argue that good cops wouldn’t take out dissenters. This is not like the Nazis rounding up people and locking them up in camps…… Yet. It’s getting very close to that. Local cops won’t burst into someone’s home with a gun, but 
*some* troops will. Could closed military bases be turned into detainment camps? Just last week on the Floor of the House, Cynthia Mckinney said that in 1987 there was a government plan in case of a black uprising: martial law, detainment camps, using the military against American citizens.
Please send this to all of your Republican aquaintences. Do they buy this bit about the Katrina failure leading to using the military against our own citizens? What about locking away citizens without a trial- why does that make us safer?

Come on, FEMA has been building million person camps in the midwest now through israeli contractors for the last few years, they’re near completion. We’ll have much more secure locations that abandoned military bases. We’ll need those to run your local CIA/DHS operations out of.

So people are reeling in shock only now? It’s just now beginning to hit home to the sleeping American people just what the Bush Regime is up to? Poor stupid fools. Some of us have been aware for a long time of what is coming down. Others have known as far back as 35 to 40 years ago what was going to happen.
People had better get their heads out of their asses and be ready to band together.

This is just the tip of the iceburg melt down… breaking news. My friend Karl Johnson has been given the green light by his lawyer to announce an upcoming trial of incredible signifigance. It is People vs. George Herbert Walker Bush. The case is Theft of monies from European Bank…397 accounts by the CIA under direction of Mr.G.H.W Bush. This trial will be taking place the middle of next week. I will have the specific day and time Sunday night.
My friend is looking to get this out on the internet, willing to do interviews wherever he can and what ever is needed to get this brought to the light. Any suggestions are welcome. He has all the documentation neccesary to prove what the trueth is, including audits.

set out before it….
seems my generation (born 1960)
must fight without violence
against enemies that cannot be seen!
therefore this is a time in life for the spiritual warrior to work.

we all come here to this day and time
with all we need to work….
weapons and wars cannot win this battle.

Deconstructing the Lie
Never before in the history of the world has the fundamental structure of Reality been so targeted for obscurity, so covered up by an enormity of monstrous lies, precisely opposite of what is demonstrably true. Scientific materialism and religious provincialism have grown to staggering proportions, having incestuously bred with fundamentalism and fascism and are now poised to swallow us all.
Each person must undergo the ordeal of discovery of truth and face the pain of waking up from our illusions and the agony of withdrawal from our addiction to the Lie. Don’t worry about the puny little addictions to cigarettes or coffee or doughnuts or whatever! Our addiction to the Great Lie is the biggest problem in our personal and collective life and nothing is going to change on planet Earth unless and until we confront it and the horror we have allowed it to create. Toto the dog in the Wizard of Oz is our guide here. This little creature pulled back the curtain and exposed a pathetic tyrant and his special effects machines of fear and doubt. Anyone who is experiencing fear and confusion and anxiety can benefit from what I am saying here because those experiences are indicators that you have swallowed a Lie. In addition to this disturbing news, our very core nature of love and unity with all of life is being used as a weapon against us and as the very gate through which we welcome an endless stream of Trojan horses.
We are ecstatic expressions of love and unity and trust. It is these very attributes of our nature that provide the Lie with an opening. The Greeks offered their horse as a gift and were confident that it would be accepted because gifts are given out of love and everyone knows what love is and welcomes it. They would not show up at the gate and say, “Hey, we have weapons and warriors and we’re going to conquer you”. Deceit and taking advantage of our loving hearts is what liars do in their venal pursuit of power and empire. Our willingness to believe them is what enables them. The people opened the gate willingly.
There is truth and there is the falsification of truth. Truth is not relative and it doesn’t contort itself to match our versions of it, in spite of New Age assurances to the contrary. That reality you “create” is only the context through which you interpret reality. Reality remains as it is. This is a crucial distinction. The map is not the Territory. The menu is not the Meal.
Do you want to live in a map or eat a menu?
Those who inflate you with grandiosity and glorious visions of self importance and are bent on convincing you that you are the judge of all that exists and that you are equal to the River that fractalized into a microscopic version of Itself (you) are missing the boat…and the lake. You are like a whirlpool in that mighty River and are absolutely one with It. Are you equal to It just because you are one with It? No, but if you think so, then a division occurs in Being and you fall into fear and doubt and begin to relate to the River as if it is an “other” when, in fact, It is your actual identity. What do you think would happen if you suddenly started believing that your friends and family were actually monsters in disguise all these years and were plotting to poison you? This is what has happened to humanity and we have been consumed by fear and doubt and confusion about our actual status as children of the River.
The truth is not hidden, and is everywhere obvious. It appears to be hidden because of the egoic apparatus used to “find” it. Prior to the emergence of the Lie upon which the ego is built, stands the truth, the light and love of life. This cannot be understood without the spontaneous and immediate transcendence of egoity that occurs when the Lie is deconstructed and discarded.
Everyone can verify this because everyone is directly experiencing and is sustained and literally lived by truth, or love.
Everyone knows what love is and everyone knows what it feels like to be completely happy. Confusion occurs from collapse and withdrawal from our very identity as fractals of the one life living and breathing everything.
There is nothing but the truth. The entirety of existence, every last fraction of it, is made from the truth of love, unity, and the continuity between every part of life. Even darkness and evil prove it, otherwise, why would we fear it and be repulsed if our nature was not love and truth? Lies are built on top of truth and obscure it but cannot eliminate it. The mouth that speaks the lies is made from truth.
There is neither one “truth” nor many “truths”. There is only truth and our entire existence arises from it.
Doubt of this most obvious fact produces a division in the psyche which then sees God, our very nature, as “other”. This is the descent into madness and suffering and is completely arbitrary and unnecessary. No one has any identity apart from truth, except a false one based on a lie, the impossibility that you are separated from truth or love and have to “find” it. Ha ha, what a funny joke. Guess what? God (Life) is not lost, we are.
Understanding this is wisdom and is the only possibility of overcoming self inflicted misery.
We are literally inmates of our own asylum dedicated to our self created pain. With our hands around our throats and our fingers in our eyes, we limp to the doctor and priest who promise us relief through belief in their formula of salvation. All strategies of salvation are built upon the refusal to see our own self strangulation and the false self it creates. This is the true meaning of repentance: to renounce the false self that is created through belief in a lie. Then, you won’t need a doctor or priest and will be a conduit through which life can flow unobstructed.
Religions are based in this lie and so is science, a secular religion based on the idea that I am separate from and do not influence what I observe. At best, science helps us measure and delineate the world and is a useful tool for exploration, but it is just another map and not the Territory, which is mysterious, wonderful, and exciting to observe and be intimate with.
The entire man made world is built on a lie which is why it is in such terrible shape. As soon as I collapse from love, I fear. As soon as I fear, I want security. As soon as I want security, I empower tyrants and “experts” to save me.
Tyrants come to power on the basis of people’s willingness to believe the lie of fear, which is why enemies are created if none exist. The best thing we can do to overthrow tyrants is to stop being exploitable, gullible, fear based weaklings and see through the charade of the “news”and the gospel of salvation. Jesus preached against the sacrifice of doves and lambs and admonished people to repent from their false self and realize the truth of their intimacy with the Reality of love. Only later did he become the symbol of substitutionary sacrifice to an angry god. No such god exists because there is only love and truth. Denial of this doesn’t change anything about the nature of reality, but it does ruin the world.
Deconstruct the lie and stand in the truth that is prior to doubt and fear and we will have no need for salvation. All the saviors of mankind have passionately proclaimed this and all of them have been co-opted by that very fear and doubt and became the unwitting agents for the evangelical spread of this deadly infection plaguing humanity.
It is up to us to realize What they realized and overcome our denial of It and reestablish a truly human culture of love and trust.

I am of the generation that you want to recognize “love is power” as true as they may be, it may in fact be incentive, but love isn’t what our generation (1968) will be known. More likely our generation will be the generation (with all of the intentions that took it to hell) that wanted and did make our childrens lives, better, easier and more secure in the person they are. We will also be responsible for turning this next generation into lazy, self-indulgent, and egomaniacal. I know of what I speak. The next generation (as far as I can see) can not comprehend why they should put any person before themselves (how could they, everyone else put them first.) The next generation has not had the hardship nor been educated in the pride of the stride that is mandatory to fight for freedom. They do not understand nor are they taught what will happen when they take the helm of this country, they do not lack empathy or compassion, they just don’t think it is their personal responsibility. You may say, maybe this is my view and not consistent with others, and that may be true, but I don’t think so. The Romans at about the same place in history and dominance, raised a similar generation, history acknowledge this generation as their last, and History if not understood will repeat, or so they say. Our children do not understand why if you take the rights of one, regardless of the reason, you take that right from all. This is the premise that our Consitution, how will they then defend it.
You want our leaders to continue our way of life for future generations, it starts with education, and our schools and families just aren’t getting the job done. This is where we start.
Now, because you speak of “our” generation, I want you to pay attention, This President and for that matter the majority of the Elected Officials are not concerned about us, please, look at what they do, we don’t even have a party that represents our interests, most of us are neither blue collar or truly white collar, we are more Gray collar, our concerns, generally consist of housing, education, safety of our selves and our children, the retirement and health of our parents, social security in our retirement, health care, and we are also proudly the people who feel the devestation of others here and abroad and are most likely to offer a hand.
Who is answering our questions? No one - why - simple, many of our generation do not believe that voting or in answering a call to demand answers, the feeling is generally, That no one will listen, that nothing will change, or the “people in charge” will either make life harder.
Irony, we could be the people in charge, or at least who they answer. I lost everything including, my home, possessions, children and health taking on these people, alone, I would do it again in a minute, because that is who I was raised to be. I am not saying that it didn’t almost destroy me but through the “awful grace of God” comes wisdom, and this is mine. We need to be represented, we need to save our Country, and we need to let the current leadership know that we have had ENOUGH.
The latest is the fact that the assistance offered by the federal government for Katrina is without the Forgiveness clause, (deliberately taken out, now here is the thing, the Iraq assistance similar to this has the forgiveness clause in it, President Bush said this morning on Today, that the reason was that the Iraq people have paid a huge price for Terrorism and that “People are dying in Iraq”. This type of self-serving (as in the President Vice President and there cronies get a great deal of the “re-building” money in Iraq, needs to be stopped, and the only way to change this is to get a powerful group of voters who have not been tapped to force the issues of Our people to make sure OUR Government knows that the people of KATRINA are dying too. and for once to say ENOUGH.
