QUESTION.Is it true that the federal govt deliberatly withheld enegerncy help from the people of new orleans as part of their study by the dept of home land security as to what will happen if this was done or at what point will civil order and society breakdown will occur. hurricane katrina was the perfect model to accomplish this experiment. and the cost to the us govt was could be hidden as part of the recovery costs, the dept of homeland security ordered water and food to be turned back ehen there was tons and ton of food and water on site that could have been used to save lives. sone people have been getting e mails from people who are in the govt forces that were on the ground there in new orleans and they were ordered not to deliver the emergency supplies to the people who needed them. this order came from the dept of home land security. the dept of home land security was presenrly involved in preparing a report as to what would happen if the us was hit by a major cotastrophy in the us mainland like new york la washington chicago etc. scince these were poor black people who did not contribute to the american economy in term of gdp or were not tax paying citezins they were considered expendable. if this is true than some body in the goct should be charged with murder or with charges with crimes against humanity.
